This Privacy Policy explains what information onaiagents (“we”, available at onaiagents.com) collects and how we use it. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile basics from Google — we never see your Google password.
• Usage data: your credit balance, a ledger of credit transactions, the AI Friends you create, and your conversations with them.
• Content you submit: prompts, uploaded images, and avatars. Uploaded images are stored so the tools can process and display them.
• Payment data: when you buy credits, payment is processed by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). We store an order record and status, but we do not store your card details.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the tools, maintain your credit balance and history, deliver AI Friend chats and voices, process purchases, and keep the Service secure.

3. Third parties

To provide AI features we send your prompts and uploaded images to AI model providers (such as xAI). To take payments we use payment processors. To support Google sign-in we exchange basic profile data with Google. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies

We use a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in for security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data retention & your choices

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete AI Friends from your account at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us using the details below.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed; sessions are signed; traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
