Terms of Service

Welcome to onaiagents (“we”, “us”, “the Service”), available at onaiagents.com. By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

onaiagents provides AI-powered creative tools — image generation, image upscaling, image deconstruction, and AI Friends voice companions — plus AgentStudio, a separate free coding agent. Tools other than AgentStudio consume credits.

2. Accounts

You may register with an email and password or with Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Credits & payments

• New accounts receive a number of free credits. Additional credits may be purchased through our payment partners.
• Credit costs per action are shown in the app and may change over time.
• Purchased credits are added to your balance after successful payment verification. Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of images and text you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. Generated outputs are provided for your use subject to the policies of the underlying model providers.

6. Third-party providers

The Service relies on third-party AI and payment providers. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and outputs may occasionally be unavailable, inaccurate, or unexpected.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
