Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for credit purchases on onaiagents (onaiagents.com).

1. Digital credits

Credits are a digital, prepaid balance used to run AI tools. Because credits are consumed immediately when you use a tool, purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been used.

2. When we issue refunds

• Failed top-up: if your payment was charged but credits were not added to your account, we will add the credits or refund the amount in full.
• Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate is refunded.
• Unused credits: if you purchased credits in error and have not used any of them, contact us within 7 days for a review.

3. How to request

Email ameenpashasignin@gmail.com from your account email with your order details (date, amount, and any payment reference). We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Cancellation

onaiagents is pay-as-you-go with no recurring subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the Service at any time, and any remaining credits stay in your account.
